Percy Wood Flemons, esquire, of Dunstable, herb merchant, making a statutory declaration that he is the son of the late Mary Jane Flemons of Dunstable, widow, who died on the 5 June 1944, that he is one of the Exectors of her Will and that he is now in possession of two parcels of land, purchased by his mother and his late father, Joseph Flemons, situated north west of Britain Street (formerly England's Lane), Dunstable.
Includes plan and is annotated in pencil with the name Jack Montague Scott.
