-- 3 acres land in Blackwater field, Luton, between land of John Carter in right of his wife Prudence on west, Ambrose Bruce east, francis Parratt north and vicars Balk (a certain division or way) leading from Luton to Warden (?Walden), which William Camfeilde the father acquired from Thomas Paratt of Market Hill in Luton (21 December 1565) and he conveyed to John Camfeilde (5 March 1594).
