i) Frances Margaretta Mountain (late Frances Margaretta Polhill, widow of Frederick Polhill, esquire, deceased) now the wife of the Reverend Jacob Henry Brook Mountain, Blunham
ii) Georgiana Petrina Polhill, Blunham, spinster
iii) Robert Newland, Kempston House, esquire
Henry Leech, Bedford, esquire
reciting will of Mary Polhill, widow, dated 23 October 1832 by which she bequeathed £8,000 to i) and then to her children. iii) are the new trustees of said bequest. ii) and Frederick Charles Polhill Turner are the survivors of the six children of i) and Frederick Polhill.
Frederick Charles Polhill Turner has transferred his moiety of his interest in the said sum of £8,000 to his sister
iii) have paid out of £8,989 3% annuities (representing the £8,000 of the trust funds) £4,417..18s..2d like annuities into name of Richard Raine and have sold out £4,210..10s..6d and £11..8s..3d stock being further parts of said trust funds and by the sale raised £4,000 which has been paid to Richard Raine
iii) have sold the residue of the stock and have raised further sum of £329..12s which has been paid to discharge the expenses of appointing the new trustees, leaving £285..11s..3d in their hands
now is agreed by i) and ii) that iii) shall be interested in said sums as trustees of the will of Mary Polhill, deceased, also agreed that iii) shall pay said £285..11s..3d to ii)
