    i) Frederick Polhill, Howbury Hall, esquire ii) Richard Raine, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, esquire reciting Bond of 5 June 1848 in £10,000 a) Frederick Charles Polhill, Blunham, esquire b) George Jonson, 1 Grosvenor Street West, Pimlico, Middlesex to secure repayment of £5,000 and 5% interest within 6 months after the death of Frederick Polhill to be held in trust by b) for executors of said Frederick as part of his personal estate reciting deed also of 5 June 1848 but executed after said bond 1) Frederick Charles Polhill 2) Frederick Polhill 3) George Jonson 1) at request of 2) released to 3) … manors or lordships of Renhold, Salpho Bury, Howbury and Goldington … Howbury Hall etc. … lands as in schedule to deed to hold subject to a mortgage to Sir William Knighton, baronet, by lease and release of 28 and 29 November 1832 to secure £20,000 and 4½% interest, and to the payment of £10,000 then remaining and also subject to life interest of said Frederick Polhill under release and settlement of 28 July 1834, and to payment of annuity of £1,000 to Frances Margaretta Polhill, wife of said Frederick, after his decease. Also subject to appointment under deed poll of 1 June 1848 of £10,000 charged on said property in favour of Georgina Petrina Polhill, daughter of said Frederick, and to a mortgage of 2 June 1848 and the transfer into the name of ii) of £4,417..18s..2d 3% consols on 2 June 1849 and the payment to him in the meantime of a sum of money equal in amount to interest on £3,700 at the rate of 5% now in consideration of £598..2s due to ii) by i) and other sums which ii) may advance to i) i) covenants to repay said sum on 7 February 1849 and pay interest at 5% also i) transfers to ii) … said sum of £5,000 secured by said Bond signatures of both endorsed: witnesses: Charles Gaines, Joseph Aldridge, solicitors, London
