    i) George Wilton Chambers, Clough House, Rotherham, Yorkshire, esquire ii) Alberta Maitland Flower, wife of Arthur Smith Flower, 7 Gordon Place, Gordon Square, London, esquire iii) Joseph Thomas Ware, Tilford, Surrey, esquire i) is entitled to 428 equal 8820th shares of 2 annual sums or rent charges Thomas King Chambers, late of Shrubs Hill House, near Sunningdale, Berkshire, esquire, M.D., was at the time of his death also entitled to 428/8820th shares and by his will dated 26 May 1868 appointed wife Henrietta Reavely Chambers his sole executrix and gave all the residue of his real and personal estate to said wife and brother in law John Whitaker Maitland in trust for wife for life, and then for her children at 21 or marriage (if daughters). A codicil made 29 June 1878. He died on 15 August 1889. Will proved on 8 October 1889 Thomas King Chambers left 2 children - Lucy Maitland Onless, who married William Walter Onless on 6 November 1878, and ii) who married Arthur Smyth Flower on 24 June 1892. Henrietta, by will dated 21 May 1892 appointed her 2 daughters as her executors. She died on 3 October 1893. Will and codicil proved by Alberta alone i) has agreed to sell his 428 equal 8820th shares to iii) for £250 and ii) has agreed to sell her 428 equal 8820th shares for like sum now i) conveys to iii) consideration - £250 … said shares etc. now ii) conveys to iii) consideration - £250 … said shares etc. both subject to right of redemption and repurchase signatures of i) and ii) witnesses: Robert George Chambers, Beatrice A Chambers, Maud Mary Hudleston
