    i) Reverend Frederick Vaughan Mather, vicar of St Paul's, Clifton, near Bristol, clerk Reverend Frederick Lloyd Ware, Shirebrook vicarage, Derbyshire, clerk ii) Ursula Ware, Clifton, spinster John Ware late of Clifton, made his will dated 12 January 1867. Real and personal estate bequeathed to Frederick Vaughan Mather, his son in law, and to his nephews Martin Ware junior, and Charles Taylor Ware, in trust to sell for benefit of his 6 children - ii), John Maitland Ware, Elizabeth wife of Frederick Vaughan Mather, Anna Maria Ware, James Austin Ware and said Frederick Lloyd Ware. Share of Elizabeth Mather to be paid to trustees of her marriage settlement by codicil to said will, dated 17 November 1884, revoked appointment of nephews Martin Ware junior and Charles Taylor Ware, as executors and trustees, and appointed his son, said Frederick Lloyd Ware, one of the executors and trustees jointly with Frederick Vaughan Mather John Ware died on 27 February 1885.
