    i) Frederick Charles Polhill Turner, plaintiff ii) Robert Newland, defendant it is declared that, having regard to the limitations and provisions contained in settlement of 28 July 1834 and to the several deeds of Appointment and other deeds mentioned and to other circumstances i) (subject to mortgage security for £10,000 to Sir William Knighton and to annuity of £1,000 payable to Frances Margaretta, wife of Jacob Henry Brooke Mountain, and to charge of £5,000 in favour of Georgiana Petrina Polhill, created by indenture of 23 December 1850 and several mortgage encumbrances) is entitled to the Manor, hereditaments and premises comprised in the settlement of 20 July 1834 for an indefeasible equitable estate in fee simple both parties to be taxed on their costs in the suit as between solicitor and client. Costs, when taxed, to be paid out of said manors
