    i) Sir Henry Winston Barron ii) Miss Barron iii) Captain Frederick Charles Polhill iv) Arthur E Polhill, Montagu Street, Russell Square, Middlesex, esquire Reverend William Henry Mountain, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, clerk Sir Edward Page Turner, baronet Henry Page Turner Barron, esquire under will of Lady Frances Page Turner, of 27 May 1826, ii) was entitled, under certain conditions (and subject to life interest of Lady Barron) to 1/5th residuary personal estate in the Funds (interest about £1,000) i) will pay £300 per annum to iv) during life of Lady Barron ii) assigns interest in residuary personal estate to Lady Frances Page Turner to iv) in trust for ii) and iii) and then for children of the marriage (except eldest son) i) Captain Polhill ii) Miss Barron iii) same trustees Howbury estate conveyed to iii) upon trust (inter alia) to secure jointure of £700 for ii) To provide for sons of the marriage and then for daughters c.1851
