Invitation to a private view of an exhibition of Sir Albert Richardson's work from the Royal Institute of British Architects to be held at the Heinz Gallery, 21 Portman Square, London on 8 September 1999. The exhibition was to be continued until 23rd October 1999. The front of the invitation is a colour reproduction of Leith House, Gresham Street, London, the premises of the partnership of A E Richardson and C Lovett Gill by J D M Harvey, painted in 1924. This invitation is accompanied by a newsletter of the RIBA Architectural Library (No. 7, September 1999) of which the lead article is about the said exhibition. In addition, there is an invitation to the same exhibition when it opened at Bedford Museum on 12th November 1999. This private view was opened by Peter Foster OBE, MA, FSA, ARIBA.
