    Property at Blunham has been conveyed to neice, Mrs Alice Kate Frances Challis, as it is believed that this was the deceased's wish. Personal estate (with following exceptions) has been made over to nephew, Reverend Arthur Twisleton Polhill Deceased held various shares (as in schedule on document). These have been divided equally into 5 parts and 2 parts were transferred to Arthur T Polhill, and remaining 3 parts to said Alice K F Challis, and other neices Emily Beatrice Violet Polhill Turner and Helen Augustua Rose Polhill Turner. Jewellery has been sold and been divided between above 4 and Cecil Henry Polhill (the administrator) Household goods were also divided among above 5 With schedules of real and personal estate signatures of all 5 brothers and sisters 30 July 1915
