Considered £49 By virtue of power given to him by lease and release of 10-11 October 1824, I appoints that the property shall be to use of II. Signed and sealed by I 5 -6 April 1825 Schedule referred to: a) 7 January 1783 Release (lease missing) 1) William Bandy of St James, Clerkenwell, Middlesex, shoemaker, son and heir of William Bandy, late of Wootton, shepherd, deceased 2) John Key of St George's Bloomsbury, Middlesex, servant to Her Grace the Duchess of Bedford. b) 10-11 October 1824.
