    i) John Campbell, esquire, captain in H.M. first or King's Regiment of Dragoon Guards ii) Henry Penruddocke Wyndham, the College, New Sarum, Wiltshire, esquire Caroline Wyndham, spinster, his daughter iii) Sir William Pierce Ashe A'Court of Heytesbury, Wiltshire, baronet John Hungerford Penruddocke of Compton Chamberlain, Wiltshire, esquire William Rooke Leeds Serjeantson, Heath Hall, Yorkshire, esquire John Payne, Tempsford, Bedford, esquire Settlement (copy) on marriage of John Campbell and Caroline Wyndham reciting that i) is seized of estates at Dunoon in Argyleshire and other estates subject to life interest of his mother Susannah Campbell, and that the Scottish estate is strictly entailed, but from it he can make jointure for wife and provision for younger children, and this is to be charged with jointure of £400 for wife and payment of £500 as part of provision for younger children reciting that wife's jointure to be £4,000 of which £3,500 to be settled to uses Release by i) to iii) of reversion, on death of mother Susannah, of … capital messuage called Lawlesses and the Blunham estate [as X336/19] and the reputed manor of Whitehouse to the use of i) for life, then as security for payment of £400 per annum to wife for life, and to use of eldest son and heirs, in default second son etc., in default heirs male to be divided between daughters Covenant to surrender copyhold land, and further covenants for provision for younger children
