to wife Susannah Campbell all freehold and copyhold manors, messuages and land in Blunham for life, then to daughters Elizabeth Maria Campbell and Charlotte Julia Campbell, though she is authorised to sell during minority of daughters (with consent of friends Peter Burrell of Beckenham, Kent, John Rayner of Sudbury, Middlesex, and Charles Brett of Greenwich, Kent, esquires) provided money reinvested residue to wife, sole executrix made 31 Oct 1770 codicil leaving reversion of Blunham estate to son John Campbell and heirs, in default to daughters as above 11 Apr 1772 proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury 7 Jul 1773 the testator described as Lieutenant Governor of the Royal Hospital at Chelsea
