To son Henry freehold & copyhold property in Somersham in trust, to let wife Elizabeth receive rents for life; then £1,000 to be divided between sons William & Matthew and daughters Elizabeth and Frances; or he can sell at wife's death and divide among all five. To daughter Mary, wife of John Margetts, 30 acres land and meadow in Holywell with Needingworth purchased of John Croxton; To daughter Ann, wife of Thomas Houghton esq, messuage, close & 20 acres in same purchased of Samuel Wishton Mansfield, late Bentleys; To daughter Elizabeth messuage and lands in Swavesey, Cambs. To daughter Frances messuage in St Ives where testator dwells, & premises in Pidley; (but wife to live in messuage @ £12 per annum rent); To son Rowland, Crown close, St Ives, copyhold, purchased of Thomas Houghton; To executors 2/40 of tolls of road from St Ives to Stratton to pay to daughter Ann Houghton. Monetary bequests: wife £200, son Rowland £200, son William £200, son Henry £350 +£350 "which he has in the malt trade", son Matthew £600, daughter Elizabeth "100, daughter Frances £100; Bequests also to brother Henry Rugeley, sister Ann Livett, sister Frances Rugeley, sister Susan Huske (?), friend Philip Bull; Witnesses William Barnes, Ann Stephenson, W Stephenson.
