    Devises messuages and land in Potton in occupation of self and William Ladson, freehold and copyhold, the copyhold being held of the manors of Potton Much Manured, Potton Regis and Potton Burdetts, inherited from uncle William Cloake, gentleman, to nephew William Rowe of Plymouth, carpenter, subject to payment of annuity of £10 to sister Julia Rowe and subject to legacies of money to nieces Elizabeth, Mary and Julia Rowe. Devises other lands in Potton in occupation John Snitch, Mary Slater, widow, and John Kitchin, late Truelove's estate, of which testator purchased half from Thomas Truelove and half from John Waller, gentleman, to niece Elizabeth Rowe, executrix, but subject to certain legacies under Will of late husband Robert.
