    i) William Gore Langton, Newton Park, Somerset, esquire and wife Mary (formerly Mary Browne, spinster, daughter of John Browne of Salperton, Gloucester, deceased) ii) Mary Harriet Gore Langton, Newton Park, spinster, daughter of above reciting marriage settlement of i) dated 2 April 1800. Mary Browne, then 19, would be entitled to £33,000 3% Consols at 21 and £12,970 due on divers mortgages should be settled upon trusts and William Gore Langton settled £10,000 on trust. By demise of even date William Gore Langton demised certain property in Somerset to trustees by way of mortgage to secure said £10,000. Trustees to raise £400 for separate use of Mary Gore Langton as pin money. i) jointly to have £600 per annum. Various other provisions if one survived the other. Provision made for children and grandchildren. reciting that i) have 4 children living i.e. Henry Gore Langton, ii), Caroline Maria Gore Langton and John Frederick Gore Langton. Marriage is shortly to take pace between ii) and Sir John Montagu Burgoyne i) to make some certain provision for their daughter in addition to her present and immediate fortune have agreed to appoint £18,000 3% Consols (part of £45,729..13s..4d like Bank Annuities now standing in the names of the trustees of the marriage settlement of i)) if said marriage takes place within one month, then after the decease of the survivor of i) the trustees shall stand possessed of said sum of £18,000 Consols in trust for ii) if marriage does not take place within one month, then this appointment is void signatures of all endorsed witnesses: John Bush, solicitor, Bradford, Wiltshire Thomas Samuel Mott, attorney at law
