    i) William Henry Powell Gore Langton, Newton Park, Somerset, esquire Willoughby John Guthrie Loudon, Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, esquire, barrister at law Robert Bruce, Hartford, near Northwich, Cheshire, esquire Henry Meux Smith, The Grange, Hockliffe, esquire ii) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, Sutton Park, baronet iii) George Donovan, Brighton, Sussex, esquire Arthur Prime, Walberton House, Sussex, esquire James Tertius Donovan, Parsonstown, Slane, Ireland reciting deed of even date a) The Reverend George Gore, clerk Henry Bowden, esquire b) i) as above c) said Sir John Montagu Burgoyne d) iii) as above certain of the family settled estates of c) were conveyed to use of d) by way of mortgage to secure £5,000 and interest deeds in schedule relate to title of said estates in treaty for said mortgage it was agreed that i) and ii) being the persons entitled to custody to said deeds should enter into following covenants now i) and ii) covenant with iii) that they will, upon written request of iii), show, or provide written copies, of deeds in schedule, and also keep them safe (unless prevented by fire etc.) Schedule Deed of 7 October 1856 Deed of 8 October 1856 signatures of i) and ii) endorsed various witnesses
