i) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, Sutton Park, baronet
ii) John Montagu Burgoyne, son of above, a Captain and Lieutenant in H M 1st or Grenadier Regiment of Foot Guards
iii) George Gayton, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, gentleman
Thomas Mott, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, gentleman
reciting the various incumbrances on the property of i)
i) has agreed with ii) for the sale to him of an annuity of £125 and to pay the annual sums for premiums of assurance on the life of ii) for £1,000
ii) is liable at any time to be ordered to some foreign station
Contract for sale of the annuity having been entered into by ii) at his father's insistence and with a view to benefit i)
to pay the purchase money ii) would be obliged to borrow on the security of a policy of assurance on his life in Atlas Assurance Company dated 28 January 1858, numbered 16101 at annual premium of £22..13s..4d. It is agreed that i) will indemnify ii) against the payment of an extra premium consequent on his going on foreign service
now in consideration of £1,000 paid to i)
i) confirms to ii)

chargeable on the Manor of Sutton and lands 1stly, 2ndly and 3rdly described subject to several incumbrances and charges etc. to be payable during life of ii)
also i) by direction of ii) demise to iii), to more effectually secure the said annuity
