(executors of will of Thomas, Lord Archer deceased) 2) Sir John Burgoyne 3) Frances Burgoyne, spinster, Harley Street Catherine Burgoyne, spinster, Harley Street 4) said Samuel Graves … 3 undivided 1/5th parts of Manor of Sutton etc. [as above] were assigned to 4) for residue of term of 3,000 years by way of mortgage to secure repayment of £3,000 and interest whole of said Manor and premises are charged with payment of £600 to Dame Frances Burgoyne for life also to secure the regular payment of interest on said sums i) has agreed with Samuel Graves, John Bramston and John Forster to execute Letters of Attorney irrevocable to authorise iii) to take rents etc. of said Manor in trust to pay annual sum to Dame Frances Burgoyne, then interest to Samuel Graves and then interest to John Bramston and John Forster.
