said sum was not re-paid and so estate in law became absolute and on death of Countess Dowager descended to i) her son. Will of said Countess Dowager was proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury
reciting inquisition of 22 February 1734, i) was found to be of unsound mind
By a report to Lord Hardwicke, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, by Robert Holford, one of Masters of High Court of Chancery in the matter of said Earl of Bradford, the lunatic, dated 21 June last past, it was decided that i) was a trustee of the mortgage premises for the acting executors and should join them in assigned the mortgaged premises
£5,000 and £2,000 are still due on said mortgage
now in consideration of £5,000 paid to ii) by v) by direction of iv) and of further sum of £1,000 paid to iv) by v) (total £8,000), ii), iii), and iv) do acknowledge themselves paid and satisfied and do release v) for ever
i) at request of iv) and with consent of ii), and also iii) at request of iv) release to iv)
