    i) Sir Roger Burgoyne, Sutton, baronet ii) William Kelynge, Inner Temple, London, esquire reciting covenant to levy fine of 3 May 1731 a) said Sir Roger Burgoyne, only surviving son of Sir Roger Burgoyne, baronet by Dame Constance his wife b) Christopher Wren, Wroxall, Warwick, and Dame Constance his wife (said Dame Constance being widow of said Sir Roger Burgoyne) c) Peter Walter, Westminster, esquire Robert Kendall, London, esquire d) William Burgoyne, Middle Temple, London, gentleman and by a fine and recovery therein covenanted and which were duly levied and covenanted accordingly … messuages etc. hereinafter mentioned were limited and assured to use of Dame Constance for life as her jointure (as in settlement of 10 June 1703) reversion to such agreements as i) should make in writing or by his will.
