'Swiss Cottage, Old Warden'. View shows the front of the cottage. Most of the decorative vegetation around the house has been trimmed back so it is possible to see the wooden trellis under the eaves as well as the side ground floor windows, there are two metal chairs in the garden. The three round headed dormer windows in the roof can be seen. No indication of publisher.

Postcard sent to Mr & Miss Lee, Trinity Avenue, Lenton Boulevard, Nottingham. Message includes 'The picture on the other side is where we had made arrangements for you to sleep - nice people all of them. A chap with a heavy horse & cart ran into the back of the car in High Street, Bedford this afternoon & smashed one of the mudgards. I have had to take it to Nicholls Garage to get a new one made'
