iv) William Wilshere of Hitchin (county Hertfordshire), gentleman (trustee for iii))
[Recites:
A) Lease and Release dated 6, 7 February 1744/5: i) Ann and Mary Godfrey; ii) Margaret Sparhauke, widow (mother of Lawndey and Edward Sparhauke, infants); iii) John Fitzjohn; … the property hereafter described. (To use of ii) for 1,000 years, subject to the proviso that on payment of £1,126..14s and interest by Lawndey and Edward Sparhauke to Margaret Sparhauke, the term should cease).
B) that the sum was not paid and the said term became absolute
C) that by mesne deeds the property became vested in Francis Jepps (since deceased), and the residue of the term of 1,000 years was assigned to Thomas Love in trust for Francis Jepps, and that the said premises descended to the said Sibley Jepps
D) Assignment dated 4 March 1793: i) George and Mary Fitzjohn (executors of Will of George Fitzjohn, the sole executor of the said Thomas Love); ii) Sibley Jepps; iii) John Flint; by which the remainder of the said term was assigned to John Flint with a proviso for redemption on payment of £200 and interest by Sibley Jepps
E) that the said sum was not paid and that £237 principal and interest is now due]
