Abstract of Title of Rev Thomas Lingard Green to farmhouse, outbuildings, land and cottage at Higher Berry End, Eversholt with note by Tanqueray of Woburn to Mr Key of Wing & DuCane “to advise on the Title on behalf of the Duke of Bedford’s Trustees. The Leasehold portion consists of 3½ acres. No Rent is received and none has been paid for more than 50 years and it is considered to be practically Freehold. It is wished to complete the purchase on 1st January next and Mr Key will oblige by preparing the Conveyance as early as possible.
