Has explored the whole coast from Yarmouth to Edinburgh, and has noted the dangerous places and the best method at each to prevent shipwreck. Is about to lay his plans before influential people. Is going to make a public exhibition of his plans and give a lecture on the new science of saving people's lives. Has spent 6 years at this employment and cannot ever get reasonable travelling expenses. Will send a copy of his report and asks for support in Parliament.
