Legend continues "Francis surrendering his cloak to a poor man. (Giotto)" Published by Alterocca Terni. Stamped with a 55 lire stamp. Frank indistinct. "After many travels in France and Italy, I am now in Perugia for a time. Assisi is close by, and I have been several times - a place that would take weeks to cover adequately. I expect to be in England for a few weeks in Oct-Nov, dividing the time between Kingsgate, Yorkshire, London, Hoscote and Winchester. Then off round Africa again for the winter. I enjoyed last winter's voyage so much. I shall get down to writing letters at Kingsgate. J.H." [Note on card "received 09/07/66"]
