New French Embassador, very young man, a favourite of the Kings, will take up position formally after instruction from predecessor. D'Ossun a quiet and honest old gentleman, absent from Paris for 27 years. Emporer at Bayonne, went in a private manner to St. Sebastian, didn't come on to Madrid.
