Lord Edgecombe’s bon mot on Lord Ligonier’s match a good one. Latter’s name not mentioned much since he left, he was Secretary to Embassy. Embassadors little enquired after either, Harris included. Dining with Count Richteren, the Dutch Minister where they will eat herrings, the same as Mr. Townshend's annual present.
