"I will come and call for you in the car at 12 noon tomorrow week. I know where Cornwall Gardens is, as my doctor lives there. It is at this end of Cliftonville, and quite near the sea. I do hope the weather continues as fine as it is now ... sunshine all day, though stiff sea-breezes keep us cool! Mrs.Stavert is due this afternoon, and my "treasure" Mrs.Mcleod is busy polishing, rubbing, cooking and cleaning - and the piano tuner arrived as well - quite a scene of activity. Trains to Margate leave Victoria at 40 minutes past each hour. You had such a wretched day for your last visit to Kingsgate. I do hope you have better luck this time. Yours sincerely,"
