    Recites death of Henry Stuart, 26 Oct 1854, intestate; William Stuart of Aldenham Abbey being his only brother and heir at law. In consideration of natural love and affection William Stuart of Aldenham Abbey conveys to his son, William Stuart junior: - two messuages, cottages or tenements at Up End, Kempston, built by James Robert Storrs and late in the occupation of Charles Cherry and Samuel Maynard, together with piece of ground on which they stand (measurements and bounds given) - cottage or tenement lying behind the above messuages, formerly in the occupation of James Lacey. - small piece of garden land adjoining Which land and hereditaments were included in an indenture dated 31 May 1844 [WY1033/6/18]. - cottage or tenement or the materials comprising same sometime erected on waste land of the Manor of Kempston Daubeny & St.Johns - messuage or tenement adjoinging sometime erected by Willaim Bird and garden ground adjoining (bounds given) Which land and hereditaments were included in an indenture dated 22 Oct 1844 [WY1033/6/19]. - two gardens formerly a pightle of pasture containing 1 rood, formerly of John Cater, then Dame Mary Knollys and since Brett, formerly in the occupation of Willaim Balls, afterwards Thomas Hill and Thomas Abraham, since of Benjamin Manning, deceased and now of Benjamin Manning, wheelwright - 6 cottages or tenements also erected and built on the garden ground and now or late in the occupations of John Chappell, William Cooper, John Golding, ___ Crosely, William Maynard and one unoccupied. Which land and hereditaments were included in an indenture dated 3 Aug 1846 [WY1033/6/21]. - parcel of land in Gravel Field containing 5 acres (bounds given) - other parcel of land in Gravel Field in the parish of Kempston containing 6 acres 9 perches (bounds given) Which land and hereditaments were included in an indenture dated 12 Apr 1848 [WY1033/6/22].
