Claim to land in Kempston: - messuage, barn and 6 acres sward on North side of Newalds Lane - inclosed 75 acres land and ley in the common fields - 6.5 acres meadow in Ham Mead - 5.5 acres and sward of meadow in East Mead, purchased of Daniel and Charles Blackwell - messuage, 6 acres sward on south side of Newalds Lane - enclosed 3 acres meadow in East Mead - 9 acres lanhd and leys in common field - 3 acres meadow in East Mead, purchased of Thomas Stokes - 16 acres and half a rood in common fields, copyhold of manor of Kempston Hardwick and 2 acres leys, freehold, purchased of Joseph Hickman, in occupation of Robert Jackson - messuage, orchard and close in Church End in the occupation of John Brooks, freehold; late the estate of Joseph Margetts. Declaration of William Stanton: - that Joseph Margetts Pierson is the youngest and only surviving child and heir of Joseph Margetts Pierson, grocer, deceased; all other children having died without issue.
