i) John George, Eaton Bray, yeoman (nephew and heir of Thomas George, late of Eaton Bray, yeoman, deceased) ii) Samuel Merridale, London, butcher considered - £60 i) releases to ii) - messuage etc where i) now dwells in the East End of Eaton Bray - pasture ground adjacent (2 acres), formerly divided and taken out of another close there with a hedge and ditch, abutting upon Whitecross Lane - one little pigtle of pasture called Honneys Wick, lying on otherside of Whitecross Lane subject to life interest of Helen George, widow of Thomas i) ast reuest of Thomas Gladman will make all such further deeds necessary for conveying property to ii) if i) pays £61 10s to ii) in house of John Ashwell [scrivener], Leighton Buzzard, then deed void sig i) endorsed reciepts witnesses John Ashwell Rob Ashwell Adam Gladman with note 'Thomas George dyed intestate and admon granted to Ellianor George his widow and relect...' 15 May 1669 with further note 'he settled the 9 acres of land on Richard Burr and his heires at his marryage with his daughter......' 27 January 1718
