Lawrence did not attend meeting yesterday but recommended an Address of the Prince of Wales, which was ignored. Address may be sent to Sir J.G. [Goodricke] or the Secretary of State. Ball and partial Illumination on Thursday night. General Illumination and the King's Health at Haddon's last night. [Separate sheet]. Address going to Sir John Goodricke, request for Frederick Robinson to accompany him when it is presented.
