Hopes he is recovered, they drank his health yesterday. Believes young Laurence was chaired for his father. Doesn't think Mr. L. Did as well as F. Robinson in any respect, he retired about 5 o'clock. Trip to Hackfall rained off. Sir B(Bellingham?) Graham enquired after him [Frederick Robinson]. Nothing new at Newby [Park]. Reference to the Dean being there [Ripon?] in a "more awkward Situation" than [W.] is. Has "no doubt but Madam's Intentions are to turn us out". Meeting the Archbishop in Nottinghamshire on 17th or 18th upon his Visitation. Waddilove's Chapter will be the 10th July. Will remember the Deeds for Wakefield.
