    - Capital messuage or mansion house in East End, Kempston, with a malt kiln and dove house belonging - 3 pyghtles of pasture adjoining containing 4 acres by estimation, known as Idlings or Illings - Close of pastire containing 5 acres by estimation, known as Gyles's - Cottage or tenement and closes adjoining containing 1 acre by estimation - 2 roods lying in the Hamfield in Blackwell furlong - several pieces of arable, ley and meadow dispersed in the fields of Kempston, reputed to contain 85 acres or thereabouts. All late in the occupation of John Pitkin, and now John Ilger.
