- Cottage or tenement and closes adjoining containing 1 acre by estimation
- 2 roods lying in the Hamfield in Blackwell furlong
- several pieces of arable, ley and meadow dispersed in the fields of Kempston, reputed to contain 85 acres or thereabouts.
All late in the occupation of John Pitkin, and now John Ilger.
