"Souldrop." Looking south east, the east side of the High Street is lined with houses fronted by long, low walls topped by hedging. Prominent, are the Duke of Bedford cottages, in front of which are standing a row of six boys and three girls, all smartly dressed. A lady is standing behind them, beyond the hedge. Further along, a man and lady can be seen by the wall. Publisher F. Sweetland, Bedford.
