Recties: £160 still owing, plus £76 interest, making total of £236. John Dennis of Chaulton, Blunham has purchased his mother's [Elizabeth Dennis] life estate and interest in the leasehold premises. John Dennis to pay George & John Rew £256 upon George & John Rew assigning to him. 21 Sep 1830.
