    i) Ann Dennis, Henry Hensman and wife Mary, late Mary Dennis, Caroline Dennis; 3 of the daughters named in the Will of the late Thomas Dennis of Blunham ii) George Rew Recites: - By his Will, Thomas Dennis devised all property to his wife Elizabeth for life; following which the leasehold estate in in Tempsford for the remainder of the term of years, and copyhold cottage with appurtenances in Blunham, in the tenures of William Williamson and Joseph Boufield, and freehold cottage, orchard and premises in Gamlingay in occupation of Richard Sage, were devised to son John Dennis; subject to payment of £400 divided between five daughters. Recites: - Mary Dennis is now the wife of Henry Hensman. - Ann Dennis, Mary Hensman and Caroline Dennis are all over 21 years. - John Dennis is under the age of 21 years. - the leashold premises remain subject to payment of mortgage of £200 and interest thereon. - no provision was made by the testator to enable the executors or trustees to raise money for payment of legacies to the daughters of Thomas Dennis, and for want of such provision, the sum cannot be raised until John Dennis reaches age 21. - Ann Dennis, Mary Hensman, and Caroline Dennis require their legacies. -George Rew has agreed to advance £240 to enable payment of the legacies in return for assignment of the said legacies. 29 Sep 1806 i) George Rew & John Rew ii) John Dennis - George Rew died January 1810. By his will dated 20 Jul 1808 he appointed George Rew, John Rew and William Lee his executors. - Will of George Rew proved 14 Mar 1810. - £240 plus £114 interest remained owing to George Rew at time of his death. Now: John Dennis of Blunham to pay £254 in return for assignment of the said legacies. 21 Sep 1830
