The Gardener consents to the terms [outlined previously L30/15/57/16]. Clover bought from Richard Rainforth was for the horses last year. Bad crop of hay. The charcoal was made from Newby trees Mr. Mickel/Mickle [sic] cut down in the Park in March '86. Thought it economical to manufacturers their own. Smith paid Mr. Bell's bill and sent up the receipt. Mr. Mickel [sic] to repair Fossee wall as soon as weather permitting.
