    Fritz's last letter comforting etc... Took the children to their Aunt's, she thought them all improved especially Frederick. Attended his Duty in Parliament. The Address passed Nem.Con. [no contradiction]. Talk in the other House of Mr. Wyeville's letter, up at five, should have been earlier but for swearing of Lords and driving out with Ladies. The Mover and Seconder "acquitted themselves with great propriety and discretion". Opposition followed example from the throne and said nothing. Calling on Mrs. Allanson and Lady M. Milbanke. Iron Railing, sizes and prices, conveyed to Harry Thomson. Jack [nephew Parker's] letter enclosed for Fritz to see [not present]. Sir Horace Mann has received and forwarded the books and print for Cardinal Valenti. Lady Grantham sends love. Compliments to the Waddiloves. Fritz's honours announced in the York Paper, transmitted to London Paper etc...
