Believes that the scandal of the Duke of York has caused the Reform Bill movement to be well timed. The matter of the General Officers' Club should be sifted to the bottom. The name of the letter writer and of every general
who gave countenance to the proceedings should be exposed to the nation. Expulsion would be the proper punishment. The matter should be made the subject of Parliamentary proceedings.
