    Devises house, homestead and home close, Pound Close (purchased of Joseph and Samuel Feary), and 3 acres arable in Upper Dean [no details] to Jacob Mee of St Ives (county Huntingdonshire); charged with payment of legacies to 2 daughters of brother Luke Mee, the 2 daughters of brother Humphrey Mee, and Robert Mee (son of brother Anthony Mee). Also to Jacob Smith of Titchmarsh (county Northamptonshire) and John Mee of Nashington (county Northamptonshire), all his estate in Hargrave (county Northamptonshire); charged with legacies to children of said Jacob Smith and of brother Robert Mee. (bequests to: Mary Bailey (wife of Abraham Bailey), Elizabeth Overall (wife of John Overall of Gamlingay (county Cambridgeshire)), John Wagstaff of Riseley, John Wagstaff of Dean, Thomas Wagstaff, Elizabeth Wheeler (daughter of Thomas Wagstaff), and to said Jacob Smith and John Mee, and Jacob Mee of St Ives (executors) Witnesses: Richard Willowson, Samuel Feary and Samuel Lay [received in very bad condition; but now repaired]
