    … the Manor or Lordship of Upper Dean; the mansion house; pieces of sward called Bachhouse Close (5 acres), Brickkiln Close (3 acres), Bushy Close (4 acres), Lazarus Close (13 acres), the Meadow (30 acres), the Toft (10 acres), the Pightle (2 roods), the Butt Green Close (2 acres), the Shopkeepers Close (1 acre); and several pieces of land in the fields of Upper and Nether Dean, viz: 49 acres in the Mill Field season, 48 acres in the Little Field season, and 51 acres in the Wood Field season; and 60 acres of ley ground in the Common Field of Nether Dean; all in tenure of Judith Fox at yearly rent of £121. Also 7 closes of sward called by the names of the Warrens, and 2 pightles adjoining, containing 48 acres; and 8 acres in Mill Field, 9 acres in Hardell Field, and 1¼ acres in Wood Field; and 3 fields in Nether Dean containing 60 acres; all in upper and Nether Dean, in tenure of Christopher Fox, at yearly rent of £62..10s. And also a messuage, and corn windmill in Mill Field, and a pightle (½ acre), in Upper Dean, in tenure of Isaac Bell, at yearly rent of £4.
