Auctioneer W&H Peacock. Windmill to be sold by order of Mr John Filsell, stands on about 40 poles of pasture. Described as 'a famous landmark' and 'one of the few remaining working mills in the country'. Dead stock comprises mainly milling materials +poultry houses. Live stock comprises 80 poultry plus cart mare. Stock at Brook Farm, to be sold by order of Mr E. W. Mason, dead stock comprises miscellaneous arable farming implements including Fordson Tractor; live stock comprises cattle plus cart mare.
