Lady Pelham has enclosed three letters, one from George with a full account of his journey to Geneva etc...[no details given]. Harry goes on well and remains at Bath. She herself has just recovered from a cold and is just setting out for Lewes Races. The Edgcumbes visited from Tunbridge, they are all in love with[ Mr. Edgcumbe, not excepting Harriett. Glad Jack liked Studley, he has written a good account of it to his sister. Mr. Andrewes meeting with "His Old Gentleman in Derbyshire". Venison to be sent out as usual, only one Buck killed before Frederick's answer came, no difficulty to stop further ones. Kill may have produced above 50£, not unusual there. Case with pictures from Sackville Street arrived safely by sea at Plymouth. Hope the taking in of the Plate will not be inconvenient to Mr. Boldero, Mr. Crighton said he had plenty of room when he took that from Sackville Street. Consulted Mr. Crighton about taking a house for herself, would take anything from Spring Garden to Park Street etc....asks Frederick's advice. Can't bear thoughts of moving from Saltram but knows she must. Civil letter from Mrs. Stainforth. No reply from Miss Mary [Pelham] yet. Story of Duc de berry is a mare's next of Mr. Evans. Tell Jack Therese will answer his letter soon.
