Thomas Devereux the elder of Arlsey, yeoman, and his sons Thomas Devereux the younger, yeoman, and Joseph Devereux, parish clerk, surrender to the use of Thomas the elder for life, and after his death the property is to be divided
1. To Joseph
- messuage called Copthall, new erected barn adjoining, in occupation of Thomas the elder and Joseph, right of way 11 feet wide from public street to garden or yard at back (or North) side, and the garden (15 poles) and also the common rights or allotments
2. To Thomas the younger
- Dwelling house newly erected by Joseph on part of the premises, and in occupation of Thomas the younger
