£5,000 with interest under will of Dr Thomas Browne, due to Thomas Middleton, besides the £1,877..10s also owing to him
and relating that J and Mary Schutz have no children and have lived apart for several years; that Mary is in debt for clothes and servant's wages; and that they have agreed to raise £2,000 on that part of the estate in the marriage settlement which is not limited to Thomas Lee, of which 1 is to have £500 and 3 is to have £1,500 to pay debts of 2.
