Benjamin Hayes of Conduit Street, St George's, Hanover Square, Middlesex, esquire and Benjamin Harens of Harietta Street, Cavendish Square, Middlesex, esquire 5. Samuel Pechell of Bloomsbury Square, Middlesex, esquire, a master of Chancery and Robert Charles of Golden Square, Middlesex, esquire 6. Francis Duroure, parish of St Bernet Finck, London, gentleman and Thomas Upton of All Hallows on the wall, London, gentleman Marriage intended between 2 and 3 Conveyance by 1 and 2 to 6:- All manors and lands in Great and Little Clacton, St Osith and Little Holland and elsewhere in Essex, with £1,400 per annum To the use of 1 till the marriage, then after the marriage, 2 is to receive £500 per annum and after the death of 2, 3 is to receive £300 per annum. Remainder to eldest son in tail male, remainders to other sons in tail. £8,000 is to be raised by trustees, 5 at death of 2, for portions of younger children and for their maintenance till 21. Conveyance by 3 to 6:- Manors, rectories, lands in Arlsey, Langford, Williamstead and Astwick (in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire) value £1,200 per annum, (including some copyhold land intended to be surrendered to the same uses) To the use of 3 till the marriage, then to use of 2 for life, remainder to use of 3 for life, remainder in trust to 5 to raise £8,000 for maintenance and portions of children, remainder to heirs appointed in will of 3, remainder to her right heirs Witnesses: Anne Clarke; Samuel Scott, F C Rehling and Thomas Hunt (servants to Colonel Schutz)
