Plans, estimates, specifications of works and bills of quantities for cottages at St Johns Glebe/Rays Close, Cardington Road, Bedford carried out on behalf of the Frederick Ray Trust by Cecil Bourne, architect of Swaffham Bulbeck.

Deposited with Cambridgeshire Archives as part of a larger deposit by Mrs A C Boune (widow of Cecil Bourne d. 1990) in 1995. Mrs Bourne died in May 2009. On reappraising the deposit Cambridgeshire Archives decided that the material regarding work on behalf of the Frederick Ray Trust comprised a discrete unit of Bedfordshire material and transferred it to Bedfordshire Archives in 2016.
