referring to his inheritance "of those unspeakable ioyes which are prepared for the ellect and chosen children of god" body to be buried in Shelford churchyard to poor of Great Shelford - 10s to be bestowed where most need to poor of Stapleford - 10s to be bestowed similarly to Margaret and Katherine Kemps, his daughters ... one copie[hold] with 18 acres etc. in Stapleford John Rene one side Thomas Bevisse other side said 18 acres being in common fields of Stapleford Surrender of said lands has been delivered to James Bankes, customary tenant, to use of Will. Thomas Gardner being witness thereunto Daughters to have said property at 18. Wife to have profits until then towards bringing them up to each daughter at 18 ... one cow of the first calf to son Robert Kempe ... 4 acres copyhold land in Great Shelford, called Boare Land Surrender of said land has been delivered to John Roger, customary tenant, to use of Will. Thomas Mahyne being witness Son to have property at 21.
